A Last Minute Gift Guide

If you're anything like me then you have big plans for the holidays but once mid-December rolls around, you realize you have close to nothing done at all. But there are still some great last minute gift options for every loved one on your list. Here are a few of my favorite items to use and give!

A travel fragrance

A Jo Malone fragrance is such a luxurious gift to receive. There are so many scents to choose from. I suggest opting for a travel size bottle of an already loved scent or something similar. A Jo Malone candle is another great option.

A new favorite lip color

For beauty lovers, cult skin an makeup brand, Glossier is a great option. There's something there for everyone. They also have some great gift sets including a few makeup essentials. My new favorite includes Cloud Paint, mascara, and Boy Brow.

Glossier Generation G lipstick in shade Cake – This shade is such a flattering nude color on so many different skin tones. I find myself reaching for this super hydrating, sheer lipstick every day.

Glossier Balm Dot Com – If you're loved one is not a big fan of pigmented lips, try gifting the infamous Glossier lip balm. The rose flavor is a favorite of mine, and has been seeing me through the dry winter months.

Some skin TLC

Fresh Beauty Black Tea Firming Overnight Mask – This is one of the first products I've tried from this brand and I am so impressed. This is the ideal face mask for the lazy skincare buff. The overnight mask is perfect for swiping on right before bed or a long flight.

Fresh Beauty Peony Brightening Moisture Face Cream – This is a great moisturizer for winter. It's a bit thicker than my usual options but it dries nicely and leaves my skin feeling so soft. A travel sized option is great for your friend on the go.

Jewelry Organizers

H&M Home jewelry stand – This is the gift for the person who has a robust necklace collection and is now looking for adequate (and cute) storage. I love the minimal design of the jewelry stands from H&M Home. Pair this with a matching glass tray and you're all set.

A Personalized Necklace

Mejuri Zodiac necklace - This is such a personalized gift while also being very understated and minimal so it goes with pretty much anyone’s personal style. The quality of Mejuri pieces are very nice and this is a gift that will be sure to delight a loved one.

A cute winter beret

H&M beret – A beret is an easy winter staple in my books and a bit more fun to style than a typical knit beanie. There are so many cute colors to choose from but I would suggest either a neutral gray or camel color, or a pop of red or pink. It's hard to go wrong with this one! I've found the H&M brand is very great quality, 100% wool, and an awesome price point.

A Sustainable Statement

JW Pei enamel pin – This is for your loved one who loves supporting sustainable fashion brands. An enamel pin makes a cute little gift and a statement they can get behind. JW PEI has an adorable '100% Vegan' pin.

Minimal Party Earrings

Stradivarius Statement Earrings in faux pearl from Asos – Statement earrings are sort of the unofficial accessory of the holiday season. I'm absolutely loving the faux pearl trend happening right now. Paired with an artsy, minimal design, they make for a very subtle statement.

I wish you luck in your last minute holiday shopping! This will be my last blog post of 2018 but I will be back with a Travel Diary from my trip to Maui this December. There are also new videos up on Sundays on my YouTube channel, including two recents videos on styling 2 pieces 4 ways ( a collaboration with the lovely Stephany!) and my winter coat edit. Thank you so much for reading and happy holidays to you and your loved ones! xx Jessica
