November Playlist

November has unintentionally become the month of concerts for my boyfriend and I. We kicked off the month seeing Jerry Paper live, which was so much fun and super danceable. Next up was Khruangbin, some amazing musicians, that played the dreamiest tunes that are also very fun to dance to. That show was in the Observatory in North Park, which is a really cool old theater that makes for a beauty of a backdrop for any show. Then I found out about Little Dragon playing that same week. We ultimately decided to take a rain check on that show, which I am now regretting a little. But I did find out about a new musician who was opening for them, and whom I’m now absolutely obsessed with and that is Masego. I’m finishing off this month of music with a much more relaxed show, Mutual Benefit, a band who I used to listen to a whole lot a few years ago and which I’m excited to revisit. I’ve also been continually playing the new Arctic Monkeys’ album, since about September, so I know it’s a real favorite now.

So I hope you enjoy this playlist as you sit down for Friendsgiving, head out for some early holiday shopping, or just curl up under a blanket for the weekend. What have you been listening to this month? Discover any new music that you’re just crazy about? Let me know in the comments. Thanks for reading and listening! xxJessica
