Gift Guide: For Her

I’m kicking off the beginning of December with a brand new gift guide! This is my second year putting these together and I’ve got some fun things to include over the course of the week. So if you’re looking for the perfect gift for your best friend, mom, sister or even need some ideas for yourself than look no further. Here are my top picks for gifts for her!

Something Sparkly

I personally love receiving beautiful pieces of jewelry as gifts, and some of my favorite brands include Mejuri, Missoma and Daisy.

This Missoma x Lucy Williams necklace was a gift from Kyle last year and I wear it almost every day! A simple layering necklace, a fun pair of earrings or a statement ring are failsafes.

Beauty Bits

From eye palettes and perfume to travel sized skincare and haircare, there’s so much to choose from for the pamperers in your life. I love the introductory skincare kits that come with cute little travel carry cases, a great way to test out products before committing to the full size. My favorite curly hair brand Boucleme has just released two new travel kits as well, which is a lifesaver that so few curly brands offer. And you can never go wrong with skin and makeup brand Glossier (peep all my favorites here), especially the gift sets.

Wardrobe Heroes

Who doesn’t love unwrapping the perfect wardrobe staple? My approach with this is to stick with simple, classic items of clothing to suit different tastes. There’s nothing I love more than a thick knit sweater in the cooler months. If you’re looking to treat someone extra special, there’s nothing more luxurious than cashmere. This 100% Mongolian cashmere crewneck sweater from Last Brand is sustainably made and well priced. Or consider gifting the most comfortable (and supportive) bras in the world, yes I’m raving about True & Co. again!

Homebody Favorites

If you’re shopping for a homebody, then consider a linen bathrobe or a pair of fuzzy slippers or their more minimal counterpart, these sustainable Moroccan babouches from SOCCO Design. A cute pair of pajamas are another failsafe and oh so comfy!

Accessories to Boot

While I suggest sticking to classics for clothing, accessories are the place to have a bit more fun. One of the most over the top accessories I’ve seen this season is the decorative headband trend. I love this velvet braided headband from Anthropologie to add instant festiveness to any outfit. Another more obvious choice is a wool beret or knit beanie, a must-have during winter. I also love a simple cashmere scarf in a fun color to keep you feeling cozy and bright.
